Tennessee Law

Unfortunately we can often see animals being tortured by their owners, former owners or even some people who don’t even know them.
Sadly no one can protect these animals because no one actually cares that much, so that’s why it is always good to have a certain law that will be able to help jeopardized animals.
Luckily now we have new law coming from Tennessee that makes it legal for Good Samaritans to break into car where is too hot and to rescue dogs that are trapped inside.
This is such good news, because often people are charged or fined for helping animals in different situations, and finally now they don’t have to worry about that, at least not in Tennessee.
This law is a form of extension of an existing law called “Good Samaritan law” where people can break into cars and then save children who are trapped inside.
However there are some steps and rules that you need to follow in order for your actions to be considered legal.
Every person should act reasonably and be reasonable in order to save anyone’s life, including children and animals.
David Hawk, Tennessee State Rep. said that he got the idea for this law once he heard a story of a dog that died between a guy calling police and the police actually getting to the car.
He knows how important this law would be for everyone who finds himself in this situation and who actually wants to help a dog that is trapped in the car.
